These terms cover your use of the Eviantra website and waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. Eviantra’s products will come with their own terms when they launch.

The waitlist

• Joining is free and doesn’t commit you to buying anything.
• Your spot is an estimate of when we may invite you. It isn’t a promise of access, a launch date or a price.
• We may invite people in a different order based on what we can support, for example starting with auto repair shops.
• Please sign up only once, with your own real details. One spot per person.

Referrals

• Each friend who joins with your personal link moves you up the list by a set number of spots, shown on the site.
• Referrals have to be real people who chose to join. Fake signups, bots, made-up emails or spam don’t count.
• We may remove signups and referral credit that break these rules, and we may change or end the referral program at any time.
• Share your link only where you’re allowed to, and never send it to people in a way that breaks anti-spam laws.

Using the site

Please don’t try to break, overload or misuse the site or the waitlist, access parts that aren’t meant for you, or use automated tools to sign people up.

Our content

The Eviantra name, logo, design and words on this site belong to Eviantra. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking. Examples on the site, like the sample phone call, are illustrations, not real customers.

No guarantees

The site and waitlist are provided as they are. We describe what we’re building in good faith, but plans can change before launch, and features may be different when they arrive.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Eviantra isn’t responsible for indirect losses from using the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [PROVINCE] and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
