Privacy Policy

Last updated: [DATE]

Draft. This policy is being reviewed and will be finalized before launch.

Eviantra (“we”, “us”) is building AI employees for businesses and, later, for everyday people. Right now our website does one thing: it runs a waitlist. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or join, why, and the choices you have. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

When you join the waitlist

When you just visit

We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

Why we use it

We never sell your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

Who helps us run the waitlist

A few trusted service providers process information for us, only to provide their service:

These providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, the laws of that country apply to it, and authorities there may be able to access it. We choose providers with strong security practices.

Your consent and your choices

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until we launch and invite you, plus up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Proof of email consent is kept as long as we email you and for a reasonable period afterwards, as the law expects. Daily visit counts contain nothing personal and may be kept longer.

How we protect it

Information travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The waitlist database can only be reached through our own code, and the admin page is password protected. Only the founder has access today.

Children

The waitlist is meant for people 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use the information you already gave us, we’ll ask for your consent first.
